My poem - In Memory Of My Beloved
I made a poem that I have wanted to share, my next door nieghbour had two cats, Pete and Dudley, but Dudley kept spraying, his landlord said he either had to leave or get rid of dudley, so my next door neighbour left, with Pete and Dudley. When I was bullied at school Pete and Dudley were the only real friends I had, I really miss them so I made a poem in their honour.
The Pete and Dudley Poem
I wish you happiness my dearly loved,
My dearest friends Pete and Dud,
The two fluffy kittens that lit my heart,
Their spirits were there right from the start,
I’ll never forget the memories of Pete and Dudley,
Their gentle paws resting on my legs so lightly,
Pushing your head against my hand,
Lying on my legs, not wanting to stand,
Purring softly with pleasure and glee,
Your happiness lighting the way for me,
A tear across my cheek would call you to my side,
You sense my sadness that, to others, I hide,
So many memories I’ll never forget,
So many events I’ll never regret,
But then came the day, the time for you to leave,
For you Pete and Dudley I will always greave,
The night before you went you sat on my lap,
I held back the tears, but I felt I would snap,
A single tear rolled down my cheek,
My spirit full of a feeling so bleak,
Pete and Dudley’s heads turned to the sky,
The end is never the end, and good bye is never good bye,
You rub against my leg and meow so lightly,
I thank you for your friendship, my pals Pete and Dudley,
Well met again Pete and Dudley, in the heavens so high,
The end is never the end, and good bye is never good bye.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it, the rather strange thing is, it is as if they are still here, this morning I woke up and I could feel something walking on me, Pete and Dudley would sneek in my house every morning and lay on me, we never knew how they got in, the doors were locked, and the windows were locked too. But I could have sworn there were two cats walking over me and laying on me, but there was nothing there.

Thanks, glad you like the poem.
Yeah, it was quite funny, we never found out how they got in, it was rather creepy, all the windows were locked, the doors were locked, there were no holes in the walls, floor or rof they could have got through to get in, Scary!

Yeah, but if they got in the attick there is no way to get into my room from the attick without opening the attick entrance hatch thingy.
